Shipping destination and cost
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard tracked shipping is included in the displayed product price.
Estimated delivery
Orders ship from China. Estimated delivery is 15–20 calendar days after order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.
Tracking and address accuracy
Tracking will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during PayPal checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delays and unavailable products
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact the customer with a revised date and the available cancellation and refund options. If we cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Final-sale policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, ordering mistakes, or buyer remorse.
